Oneburger Oneburger.. One taste is all you'll need to know there is only ONE!Oneburger, a new and unique burger concept is located next door to the Globe Café and Bar (its sister restaurant) in Coral Gables. The first goal of Oneburger was to create a basic but more gourmet or boutique burger, using the highest quality ingredients that was a cut above the standard fast food prototype, but still more affordable that a higher-end restaurant burger. Secondly, they wanted to take the classic dish or recipes and apply then to the "art" of the burger. We really wanted to get out of the 'cheese, lettuce, tomato' box. The more creative we got in the test kitchen, the more we say the potential for truly unique burgers. Oneburger recipes are modern and really delicious and. Moreover, we feel that their time has come as today's consumers have a more sophisticated food sense.

The Globe The Globe has been raising the bar in Coral Gables since 1996.This neighborhood favorite serves a well-rounded menu offering something for every taste: pastas, sandwiches, salads, steaks, fish as well as many wonderful specials. Try the honey-baked Brie with fruit to start, or the Cajun egg rolls-- two of the most popular appetizers. The Globe also boasts an impressive selection of wines, beers, and liquors for lunch and dinner. On weekends there is live jazz or blues at the handsome mahogany bar.
